Tahlia is a certified Pilates instructor with qualifications in Matwork, Reformer, and Fitness (Certificate III). Her passion for mindful movement was sparked by her injury recovery, shaping an intuitive, supportive, and empowering teaching style.
Blending personal experience with ongoing study, she helps clients build strength, mobility, and confidence through inclusive, well-rounded sessions.
