At Kensi Fit we will create a personalised holistic plan designed to help you reach your fitness goals, taking into account your current fitness level and any limitations such as injuries or health conditions. Personal training with us is about progress, positivity, and fun!
Personal training can be done 1-on-1 or 1-on-2. You could even get your group of friends together and train as a personal “group”. Training can take place at the studio, or we can come to you.
