What is the cancellation policy?

Please be mindful of the following policy:

I understand that unexpected circumstances may arise and require you to cancel a session at the last minute. However, I'd like to point out that each session is carefully planned based on the number of participants and the trainer's schedule. Last-minute cancellations disrupt the session and impact available space. I greatly appreciate your cooperation and understanding.

If you cancel a session with less than 12 hours notice, the full fee is required and the session will be forfeited.

You are responsible for booking your session and removing yourself from it, whether in person at the studio or via messenger or text.

Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Can I put my card/membership on hold?

You can put your card on hold for 2 weeks once per class pack.

The unlimited class pack can go on hold at any time.

Do you have payment plans?

Payment plans can be organised. Please get in touch for details.

What should I bring/ wear to my session?

Please bring your workout mat, small towel, and water bottle.

Wear comfortable breathable workout clothing and sports shoes are required for most sessions.

The core & flexibility session is bare feet or grippy socks.

What should I expect at my session?

You will begin each session with a gentle warm-up and stretching to prepare your body for the workout.

The workout's focus will vary based on the class you have signed up for.

The session will wind down with a cool down and more stretching to help your body recover.

IMPORTANT: Please inform the instructor before starting the session if you have any injuries or ailments that could affect your workout.

Is there club etiquette?

It's in my interest to give you the best possible experience at your session. Each class is carefully planned and structured. To get the most out of the classes and as a courtesy to all other participants, I request that you arrive on time and refrain from using your phone during classes.

How many people are in the session?

Session numbers can vary from 3 - 15 participants.

What facilities do you have at the studio?

The studio provides onsite parking, a kitchen space for personal item storage, and a unisex restroom facility.

There is plenty of hand sanitiser located around the studio and sanitiser spray bottles for the equipment.
