I'm Annie, the proud owner and coach at Kensi Fit, bringing over three decades of dedicated experience in the fitness industry. Kensi Fit was born from my determined passion to create a space for all fitness levels and body types, removing fitness barriers and building a community of like-minded people.

My fitness sessions are engaging and never the same.
I am big on form, technique, and tangible results. I'm all about helping people tap into their full potential. At Kensi Fit, our primary goal is to promote holistic well-being, encourage long-term healthy lifestyles, and foster a supportive community.

I am a teacher with 5 children, so life has always been busy. Annie always accommodated me with early morning time slots from 6 am. I was diagnosed with cancer in 2014 and had a year of chemotherapy treatment. When I had recovered, Annie was instrumental in my recovery and well-being. She is a great motivator for living life by keeping moving! I then joined group training sessions and have always been impressed with the variety and challenges of the exercises and activities that Annie provides. I am now 63 years old and have knee issues, requiring two knee replacements. Annie has modified my program in the group as I continue to enjoy and look forward to all training sessions.
